The management of Magellan Marine International LLC is committed to providing high quality, professional services in a safe and environmentally sound manner.

Management shall provide the resources and manpower necessary to develop, implement, and administer a safety program for the protection of its personnel.  Personnel, including employees, independent contractors, and subcontractors, are expected to meet their responsibilities to make the health, safety, and environmental program effective and productive.  Periodic reviews of the program will be conducted by management to maintain its effectiveness.

This Health, Safety, & Environmental Manual is a tool that is to be used to help accomplish MMI’s goal of protecting human life and the environment at all MMI and MMI Client locations.  This manual sets forth minimum rules and standards applicable in all areas where MMI operates or conducts business.  Local, state, and federal regulations may require additional precautions.  Please check with your manager, local management, or HSE representative for site-specific procedures and requirements.

NOTE:  In this document, the term “personnel” refers to MMI’s employees and independent contractors that are performing the duties of Administration, Engineering, Consultation, and/or Inspection.
