In order to promote a harmonious operation according to the standards established by MMI, it is necessary that certain standards of discipline are enforced.  MMI Management is responsible for enforcement of Disciplinary program.  In all cases, disciplinary action shall be conducted in a fair, just, and reasonable manner.

Employees who violate safe work procedures or fail to adhere to established Safety rules and regulations may receive disciplinary action.  Examples of safety violations include, but are not limited to, not following verbal or written safety procedures, guidelines, or rules; horseplay; failure to wear selected PPE; etc.  MMI will also conduct physical inspections searching for any indications that there is a lack of commitment in achieving safety goals.

It is the responsibility of MMI Management to properly document any and all types of rule violation and corrective action taken.  MMI Management will meet with the person to discuss the infraction and inform individual of the rule or procedure that was violated and the corrective action to be taken.  Any person committing an intolerable offense, such as causing intentional injury to a fellow employee or property damage is liable to instant dismissal.
